طلب حذف الحساب أو البيانات
استخدم هذه الصفحة لطلب حذف حسابك بالكامل، أو حذف بيانات محددة فقط، من تطبيق خاشوكة للزبائن. لا تحتاج إلى تثبيت التطبيق ولا إلى تسجيل دخول لإرسال الطلب.
إذا كان التطبيق مثبتاً على هاتفك فالأسرع حذف بياناتك بنفسك من داخله: الإعدادات ثم حذف بياناتي. ينفَّذ الحذف فوراً دون انتظار.

حذف الحساب لا يلغي طلباً قيد التنفيذ. إذا كان لديك طلب نشط الآن، أكمله أو ألغه أولاً ثم أرسل طلب الحذف.

Use the form above, or write to the address below, to request deletion of your account or of specific data. No app install and no sign-in are required.
Faster option: if the app is installed, delete your data yourself under Settings, then Delete my data. It runs immediately.
What is deleted
- Name, phone number, city side, address, and delivery coordinates: permanently deleted from our servers.
- The order history shown to you in the app: permanently deleted.
- Your anonymous account identifier: revoked and unlinked from any personal data.
- Favourites, saved carts, and addresses stored on your phone: removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in device settings.
What is retained
- Order and settlement accounting records are retained, unlinked from your identity, because accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations require them. Retention follows the applicable statutory period.
Timeline
We verify ownership of the account using the registered phone number, then complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an order that is already in progress; complete or cancel it first.
